I am sure that many of you, like myself, have had a few run-ins with Target cashiers about not wanting to accept certain coupons, not being able to stack coupons, etc.... Well, Target now has their official coupon policy right on their website! Don't let the cashier tell you that they can't take a coupon for more than the purchase price.
