--Menu plan for the week!--

I must say that planning a menu based on my stockpile and the few things that I bought at the store yesterday is quite challenging! I know that it will be rewarding though, so I am excited for this challenge! I really do think that having a set menu for each week is going to make mealtime so much easier as well! :) I will be posting many of the recipes from my menu each week, so stay tuned! :)

BREAKFAST

--pancakes (I made up a big batch this morning so I can just pop them from the fridge into the microwave for Drew)

--turkey bacon

--scrambled eggs

--oatmeal

--homeade banana muffins

--cereal

--yogurt/granola parfaits 

 

LUNCH

--tuna salad sammies

--salad

--soup

--leftovers

--peanut butter and jelly sammies

--hot dogs

--apple slices

--yougrt smoothies

 

DINNER

~Monday-White Chicken Chili with Grilled Cheese Sammies

~Tuesday-Turkey Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiches with Tator Tots and Broccoli

~Wednesday-Stroganoff-Style Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Corn

~Thursday-Cuban Picadillo with Brown Rice

~Friday-Spaghetti Bake with Garlic Toast

~Saturday-Pizza

~Sunday-Leftovers (this is the easiest thing for us since we are gone most of the day to Church)

In my next post, I will be sharing with you my recipe for White Chicken Chili--we had it last night, and it was so yummy! I just had left-overs for lunch and it tasted even better! :)
