Sam's Club To Offer Free Valentine's Day Health Screenings (2/14 from 11am-3pm)

Why not give your loved ones this gift of health this Valentine's Day? Sam’s Club is making it possible this Valentine’s Day by offering FREE heart health screenings to the public on Saturday, February 14 from 11:00am-3:00pm. These free screenings are valued at $150 and include tests for: 

 

  • Blood pressure
  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL (good cholesterol)
  • Risk ratio
  • Glucose
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Vision (not available at all locations)
