My One Week 2016 Kia Sorento SXL AWD Test Drive Experience!

Recently, my family and I had the opportunity to test out the 2016 Kia Sorento SXL AWD. Thanks to DriveShop, we have had the opportunity to test drive many different vehicles this past year. I have to say, out of all the vehicles that we have reviewed, this one is by far my favorite! Our current vehicle has over 110,000 miles on it and we will be needing a new vehicle soon. The Kia Sorento SXL AWD is definitely at the top of my list!

As soon as you sit behind the steering wheel of the Kia Sorento SXL AWD , you can tell this is not just "any" vehicle. From the telescopic and tilted steering wheel to the Panoramic Sun Roof, Heated and Ventilated Seats, to everything in-between, this vehicle makes you feel like royalty!

I enjoyed everything about the Kia Sorento SXL AWD, but here are some of my favorite features:

Lane Departure Warning System- This feature alerts you when you are starting to shift in the other lane. This is a great feature especially for those who are traveling by themselves. It alerts you to stay in your lane. 

Heated and Ventilated Seats- Living here in Florida it gets VERY hot during the Summertime. The ventilated seats are that perfect touch to help you stay cooled off. And, for those who live in the North where it gets very cold during the Winter, the seats are heated as well. The steering wheel is also heated which is a nice touch. 

Built in Sun Shades on the Rear Door Windows- Those of you with little kids, will LOVE this feature! The sun shades are built into the vehicle so you can roll them up and down to your liking. I can't tell you how much that I love this! Typically you have to buy sunshades at the store for your vehicle, and they can tear and not work half the time. The Kia Sorento has the shades built right in. No more worrying about where to find them! 

Panoramic Sunroof- The sunroof in this vehicle is beyond amazing! I have never seen a Panoramic Sunroof before and my entire family was fascinated with it! It felt as though the entire roof was in the open and it was so wonderful to see the beautiful sky above us as we drove down the highway. 

Navigation System with 8" Display- The Navigational system was beyond amazing! We actually drove the Sorento to Orlando for a little road trip and the directions that the system gave us were exceptional. It also alerted to us when there were accidents ahead. This allowed us to take a detour along the way to avoid the traffic congestion.
