i am having big problems with this website. it freezes up every time i try to click on something and i have to close the whole program. what's the deal??

I am so sorry! I had a really hard time uploading my photos to the site--they did go through eventually. I am thinking that their site is not very user-friendly! I have heard others complain as well. Hope you can get it to work!
